The agreement between us.

These terms govern your purchase from and use of Still… (Still Candles Pty Ltd). They are written to be readable. The legal substance is binding regardless.

The product

The Still… memorial candle includes a base poured from a portion of the cremated remains you provide, a paired vessel with scented candle, and the first anniversary refill. Each unit is made to order and is, by its nature, unique to the family it is made for.

Order, payment, and dispatch

• Orders are payable in full at the time of placement, in Australian dollars, via Stripe.
• Production begins on receipt of your loved one’s ashes at our Melbourne facility.
• Standard production turnaround is forty-eight hours from receipt; standard dispatch is by tracked courier within Australia.

Returns and remakes

Because the base is poured from your loved one’s remains, the product cannot be returned. If any aspect of craft or experience falls short of what we promised, we will remake the product at our cost. If the issue cannot be resolved by remake, we will refund the price of the affected components.

Subscriptions

Anniversary refill subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time from your account or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect from the next scheduled date.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still Candles Pty Ltd’s aggregate liability in relation to any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
