How your Still… reaches you.

Shipping is included in the price of every Still… within Australia. We do not run free shipping thresholds, because there is nothing to chase — you have already paid for it.

Welcome Box

Dispatched within two business days of your order, by tracked courier. Typical delivery time across Australia is two to five business days.

Ash return

Your Welcome Box contains prepaid return packaging for your loved one’s ashes. Return when you are ready. There is no time limit.

Final dispatch

From the moment your loved one’s ashes arrive at our Melbourne facility, we work to a forty-eight hour production turnaround. Dispatch is by tracked courier with signature on delivery.

International shipping

We are accepting international orders selectively in our founding period. Please write to hello@stillcandle.org if you would like us to ship outside Australia.

Anniversary refills

Refills are dispatched in the days leading up to each date you nominated, scheduled to arrive on or shortly before the date itself.
