In full detail

So you never have to guess.

01

Order

You choose a Still… for your person or your companion. Personalisation is included — name, dates, the small mark on the underside. There is no upcharge for any of it.

02

Welcome Box

Within days, a small box arrives. Inside: a hand-finished card with the name you chose, an ash collection vessel, prepaid return packaging, and five sealed scent cubes. You are not asked to decide anything yet. Live with the cubes for a few days. Choose when you are ready.

03

Ash return

When you are ready, you return a small portion of the cremated remains in the vessel provided, with your scent confirmed. There is no clock on this step. Some families return the same week. Some take months. Both are correct.

04

Production

From the moment your loved one’s ashes arrive at our Melbourne facility, we work to a forty-eight hour turnaround. The base is poured, cured, and paired with your chosen candle. Each pour is photographed and recorded against your order — the chain of custody is documented end to end.

05

Anniversary

On the dates you chose — up to four each year — a replacement candle arrives, in the scent you selected or one you have changed your mind to. The base does not change. Only the candle renews.

Chain of custody

Cremated remains carry weight beyond their physical mass. We treat the chain of custody for each customer’s remains as the most important quiet promise we make.

  • Each return vessel is uniquely numbered and registered to your order on receipt.
  • Each pour is photographed at the moment of mixing, with the order number visible.
  • Each finished base is permanently marked underneath with the deceased’s name and a small Still… insignia.
  • Each finished product ships with a sealed identification card carrying the chain-of-custody record.
  • Records are retained on file indefinitely, available to you on request.
